Summer Camp


SDSC Competitive Team Summer Camp

The Competitive Team Camp sessions are comprehensive training sessions with a curriculum focused on individual skills and fitness.

Coaches will rotate to groups within the camp to work on specific drills with each group.

Curriculum overview:

  • Warm Up and Injury Prevention Exercises

  • Ball Handling

  • Station Specific Drills

    • Dribbling

    • Shooting

    • Passing and Control

    • Non-contact Games - Implemented in grids: penetrating exercise, non-contact possession, patterns, playing out of the back.

  • Fitness and Strength & Conditioning
