December Soccer Camp

Join us for one of our December Camps! We’re offering several options for both competitive and recreational players:

Session 1: December 21-23, 9am-12pm
Session 2: December 28-30, 9am-12pm
Three options: Finishing Camp, Goalkeeper Camp, or Skills Camp

Finishing Camp

This camp is for competitive players 2010 and older. The entire focus of the camp will be on creating and finishing opportunities. Players of any position may join as defenders and midfielders can score goals as well!

The curriculum is designed by our Directors of Coaching and will include the following:

  • BALL STRIKING: learning to shoot with power, bending the ball, chipping the ball. Also, an emphasis will be placed on finishing with various surfaces of your foot or body.

  • CROSSING AND FINISHING: placing an emphasis on learning to make a good delivery on your cross and creative finishing at the other end of that cross.

  • CREATING OVERLOADS: learning to capitalize on them.

  • ATTACKING: 1v1's and learning to deal with pressure from behind, in front, and on the side.

Goalkeeper Camp

A soccer camp for goalkeepers ages 2010 and older. This camp will be combined with our finishing camp. All participants must play on a competitive team to participate. The curriculum is designed by our Director of Goalkeeping, Anthony Meza.
The curriculum will include shot stopping, angle play, diving, dominating the 6 yard box, defending crosses, defending 1v1s, and playing with your feet.

Skills Camp

This camp is open to players both recreational and competitive that are between the birth years of 2011-2015. This camp will focus on developing a player's comfort on the ball using Coerver teaching methods to improve a player's dribbling skills. Players will also work on passing and receiving skills as well as basic shooting techniques. The curriculum for this camp is designed by our Directors of Coaching and places an emphasis on refining a player's current skills on the ball while also teaching them new skills in a fun and a player-centered manner.
The curriculum will include:

  • DRIBBLING: working on moves to beat an opponent, shield from an opponent, evade and get away from an opponent who is on your back.

  • PASSING & RECEIVING: with various surfaces of your foot and body

  • BASIC SHOOTING: techniques that include learning to shoot for power.
