Soccer City SD hosts San Diego TOPSoccer Clinic!

All San Diego TOPSoccer teams and players are invited to a day of training and fun on the
field. Soccer City SD has partnered with SDSC TOPSoccer and Valley Center TOPSoccer to
host a soccer clinic for the TOPSoccer athletes in San Diego. Buddies are encouraged to
attend. Players will have the opportunities to meet and train with Shannon MacMillan a
former Women’s National League player that played for the US during their win at the World Cup in 1999, Carrie Taylor a USSF ‘A’ Licensed Coach and college coach along with other members of the Soccer City SD family. Players should wear soccer cleats, shin guards and bring water.

TOPSoccer is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with any type of disability. TOPSoccer takes kids from the sidelines to participating on the field. Athletes will be partnered with a trained buddy who will work with them on soccer skills.
